All of our wines reflect our view that wines should be hand made and should be unique expressions of their place of origin. We currently import wines from France and Germany because the artisan tradition and the belief in a sense of place, of "terroir", is still strong there. The grapes that are used in these regions - pinot noir, chardonnay and riesling - are also among the best in the world at portraying the character of the vineyards in which they are grown.
We offer wines at a wide range of prices, but all of them are artisanal wines with the distinctive character of where they were grown. They tell a story. And they all have an excellent rapport between price and quality. Whether you buy the less expensive wines to drink now or you purchase some grand cru burgundy to lay down for your kids, we think you will enjoy them all.
